- Delivery Time: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Customs & Duties:
- You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your country’s regulations.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
3. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns if:
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and resellable condition.
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
2. How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@theaccent.africa with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable, for damaged or incorrect items)
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different variant (if available) or for store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll replace or refund your order promptly at no extra cost.
International Return Policy
